This property is located at the end of a private lane, alongside two other holiday cottages on the owner’s farm. Guests can make the most of the quiet rural surroundings, allowing them to enjoy relaxing country walks and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the nearby Preseli Hills. However, for those who would like to see more of the local area, there is plenty on offer to see and do. The town of Narberth can be found four miles to the west of the cottage, and offers a good selection of independent shops, a thriving arts scene, and an annual food festival. A short drive south of the property, the well-loved beaches at Saundersfoot and Tenby offer wide expansive beaches which are popular with swimmers, families, and watersports enthusiasts alike. On arrival at this property, guests will find that the rustic exterior is complemented by a chic interior, offering stylish accommodation with period features such as exposed stone walls alongside a contemporary sense of space and light. In the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner comfortable sofa seating provides guests with a relaxing space to sit and enjoy the warmth of the wood burner, perhaps whilst enjoying a film or favourite programme on the TV/DVD. The kitchen/diner area lies just behind the seating area and offers a large dining table as well as a good selection of equipment including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The bedrooms are all situated on the same level as the living area, the first of which is a restful double room with an en-suite shower and WC. A twin room benefits from an en-suite wet room with shower and WC, whilst there is also a second double and a bunk bedroom. The main bathroom, meanwhile, offers a shower-over-bath and WC.
A patio door from the lounge leads out onto the property’s raised patio seating area, which, with its garden furniture and BBQ, gives guests the perfect space to sit over drinks and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. In addition to this, there is a second seating area accessed via one of the bedrooms to the rear of the property, as well as shared access to lawns which make a fantastic space for children to play. There is ample off-road parking available.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
