You can head South and visit the vibrant market town of Bridport, cobbled streets of Lyme Regis or perhaps laze on the beach at Charmouth. With the spectacular Jurassic coast to explore there is no shortage of fantastic days out to be had here.
Two steps lead to the main entrance into this detached cottage. Once inside you are met with a useful boot room, which is ideal for muddy boots and paws. Just next door is a galley style kitchen with an electric oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave. Next is the dining room complete with a wood burner, making it the ideal spot for leisurely family meals. A corridor leads from here to a useful separate WC, a utility room with a washing machine, fridge/freezer and access to a sun-room overlooking the garden. Heading back into the dining room, an inner hallway leads to the lounge, which has a wood burner and TV/DVD. Tucked beneath the stairs is a charming mini play area suitable for younger guests. The stairs rise from the inner hallway to the first floor where there is a half landing with a bathroom, complete with shower over bath and WC. Heading up a few more steps will take you onto the main landing where there is a king-size bedroom to the left, with lovely countryside views and an en-suite bathroom comprising of bath, separate shower and WC. Heading along the landing you will find two further double bedrooms, one with dual aspect views and a triple bunk room (top bunk available on request).
Doors lead from either the sun-room or the rear corridor to the fully enclosed garden. There is a split level lawn enclosed by hedging and a patio area with furniture and charcoal BBQ. To the front of the property there is a further lawn area enclosed by a low stone wall and flower beds. An off-road parking space is available to the side of the property, with additional roadside parking, subject to availability.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
