Grab your welcome pack and cosy up in the lounge and watch your favourite film on the Smart TV after a day exploring whilst the children keep themselves entertained in the games room with Smart TV, games console, football table and comfy sofa. Head through to the stunning kitchen/diner, which really is a great social space for all the family. Enjoy a special meal at the dining table with plenty of seating for everyone, cook up brunch in the well-equipped kitchen with gas hob, double electric oven, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, microwave and washing machine. Take your food outside through the patio doors, which open up onto the terrace, and enjoy some al fresco dining. Completing the ground floor is a WC. On the first floor, you’ll find a twin bedroom, a double bedroom and a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request), all of which have a Smart TV and en-suite shower rooms with a WC. Head up to the second floor and you’ll find yourself in the king-size bedroom in the eaves with vaulted ceilings, comfy sofa and Smart TV, and a electric wood burner effect fire. A very well located property with plenty of space for us and our adult children. The kitchen was very well equipped and the outside decking area was comfortably furnished. We were also impressed with the size of bedrooms and the comfortable beds. The penthouse was great with a view of the sea and the countryside. Calmynsy is beautiful and in a superb location. The house is very clean and the owners have made such effort that it felt like a home from home. Small touches like toilet roll, hand soap and a hand towel in each bathroom; fresh flowers and tea, coffee milk, sugar and some biscuits on arrival were really appreciated.
