A spacious three-storey holiday home, perfect for exploring Berwick-upon-Tweed, the beautiful Northumberland coastline, and the Scottish Borders. Families and friends will love this sociable house.

A charming home for family and friends, spend your days walking the Lowry Trail or exploring by boat before ending your day with homemade pizzas in your courtyard at this stylish bolthole. Sitting in the waterside village of Tweedmouth, whisk loved ones away for a holiday to remember and settle in one of four tranquil bedrooms over which eight guests can drift off and doze. After time in the great outdoors, the contemporary, spacious rooms are perfect for sociable evenings and the enclosed courtyard welcomes you to sip sundowners as the sun goes down.

Step inside where you’re greeted by space to leave outdoor layers and a cosy alcove that your pup can call home. Perfect for sociable nights catching up with one another and for planning the holiday’s excursions, the dual-aspect lounge has sophisticated tones and comfortable sofas with room for all to curl up. When night falls, create a cosy heart of the home by firing up the wood burner and switching on the Smart TV for a film night or head outside and cook dinner on the BBQ in the patio courtyard. The kitchen/diner is sleek and modern making it a lovely place to rustle up dishes. If younger guests want to escape, find a handy playroom with books, games and a Smart TV where they can settle until dinner time. Head to the first or second floor (take care of sloping ceilings) to drift off in one of four brilliantly spacious bedrooms where you can enjoy lazy mornings under the covers with your favourite programme on the TV. Rise and shine and freshen up in the first-floor bathroom with quirky tiles or in the second-floor Jack and Jill shower room which shares the same cool style. There is roadside parking for one car in front of the house and additional off-road parking available on the wide path at the bottom of the external stairs. There is also secure bike storage.

Clean and spacious. Handy location. Parking on wide pavement was not a problem. Shops within easy walking distance. Excellent new leisure centre with pool and soft play about 12 minutes walk. Good for trains to Edinburgh and Newcastle. Good size fridge and freezer.

Great house and great location. Do not bother trying to park at the property, just park on the path near the road. As other reviews say it is very narrow access and the neighbour thinks the whole area is his. Location is great for walking into town and doing the local walks and for exploring Northumberland. Lovely house, well decorated, homely and the king bed on the top floor was like sleeping on a cloud. I do feel there is room for improvement though. The kitchen lacked the basics such as a frying pan (we ended up buying our own) Patio needs TLC, BBQ/ Pizza Oven were dirty and even if we had the weather we would not have used them. Weeds on the wholRead moree patio. No pets allowed upstairs but no gate on the stairs to help with this. There was a gate in the storage area which we could make use of. Hide

We liked the spaciousness and decor of this house, the views from top floor and its location was good for us and a short walk into the town.
