As you enter this cosy sanctuary, you’re instantly enveloped in a wonderful nautical and farmhouse theme, with extra-special décor that reminds you of both your rural and coastal surroundings. Take the weight off and unwind in the spacious and welcoming living room, complete with comfortable sofas and a Smart TV, wrapped with a gorgeous colour palette of deep blues and subtle nods to the seaside theme. Head into the adjoining open-plan kitchen/diner, well equipped with everything you need to cater for a crowd and a solid wood farmhouse-style dining table perfectly positioned to enjoy plenty of sunlight from the expansive patio doors to the garden. You’ll find a little pocket of peacefulness in the modest study area, ideal for planning the next day’s big adventure or losing yourself in a good book. As day turns to dusk, you have three beautiful en-suite bedrooms plus a fourth bedroom upstairs to choose from, each featuring lots of natural light and unique décor in keeping with the tone of the whole property. At the end of the day, why not sink into a long, hot bubble bath in the stylish family bathroom to soothe tired walking muscles or throw open the patio doors and spend some time out on the well-maintained lawned garden, perfectly enclosed by wooden fencing so children and pups can play freely and safely. We had the best family Christmas. The house is well equipped and provided everything we needed. The bonus of the care package was perfect. Even down to the disposable baking tray for our turkey. It was a real home from home. Holt is a lovely place, providing good restaurants and plenty of shops. We enjoyed a meal in the Feathers and the George and Read moreDragon at Cley. The property is well placed to visit the beaches in Cromer and Wells. The nearby country park walk was brilliant for walking the dog. Hide

We had a lovely time staying at Blythe House. It was spacious and comfortable. We went with my parents and our two teenagers and 2 dogs. The garden was secure so we knew the dogs were safe in the garden and we didn't have to constantly watch them. The house is located in a great position to explore Norfolk. This is a modern and clean property with comfortable beds and two ensuite rooms as well as a family bathroom and another loo downstairs. It's set out well and has plenty of space. The house is on a rather soulless estate a good 20 minute walk from Holt. The garden is safe for children but a bit charmless, and doesn't get any evening sun.

Modern comfortable house on outskirts of Holt, with all mod cons. The Holt country park is in walking distance, so good for dog walks from the doorstep. Holt itself is lovely town with independent shops. Lovely area of Norfolk in easy reach of beaches, seal trips, coast path walks etc.
