Perfectly situated in the heart of the Sussex countryside with spectacular views makes this a great place for exploring all that West Sussex has to offer. An ideal location for keen walkers who can take advantage of numerous footpaths that lead straight from the front door and meander the beautiful Sussex countryside passing through local villages, surrounding farmland and onto the South Downs. For those looking to soak up some local culture during their stay, Petworth House is a short drive away where guests can visit the largest collection of artworks in the care of the National Trust, or a visit to Leonardslee Gardens also makes for a great day out. Families will enjoy a trip to the nearby Fishers Farm Park which offers a host of activities for children of all ages.

Enter the property into the tastefully designed hallway where you are greeted with spectacular views of the garden through the French doors. Turn left and head into the spacious lounge where you will find a large comfy corner sofa. Snuggle up in front of the wood burner on chilly evenings and enjoy watching a film on Smart TV and DVD player. Head back through the hallway and into the kitchen/diner where you will find everything you need for creating delicious family meals including a gas range cooker with electric oven, American style fridge/ freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine. Whip up a delicious meal before sitting down to eat at the dining table with seating for eight that overlooks the garden and countryside beyond. After dinner why not retreat to the conservatory to enjoy watching the sun go down in one of the comfy armchairs, whilst the children entertain themselves with drawing and games at the quirky old-fashioned school desks and blackboard. The ground floor is completed with a utility room that offers a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a separate shower room with shower and WC. Heading upstairs you will find four bedrooms: two doubles, one with a TV and en-suite shower room with shower and WC, the other with an en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath and WC, a twin, and a bedroom with a sofa bed, TV, and Playstation 4. A family bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and WC completes the first floor.

Outside there is a large South facing garden which acts as real sun trap. Relax in the hot tub after a busy day exploring or enjoy sociable family mealtimes at the outdoor seating with charcoal BBQ. Children will enjoy playing in the kids play area and playing games in the fully enclosed garden which includes a small wooden den. There is private parking for four cars.

Perfect retreat. We had a wonderful weekend at Black Cherry Farm and everything was in place to help us relax from the minute we arrived, even treats for the dogs. The location is idyllic with beautiful walks just on the doorstep and the friendly farm animals just over the fence. Paul, the owner, was super helpful and we only wish we could have staRead moreyed longer. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend and would love to visit again. Hide
