We gad a lovely time owner's were lovely very helpful and friendly. We had terrible weather but we had a great time playing pool . The cottage has everything you could possibly need. Lovely pub in Wareham The Horse and Groom great food and lovely staff. We would love to go back again perhaps the weather will be kinder to us

Lovely spacious cottage peace and quiet. Security gates made us feel safe. Ideal place for trips out Central location means lots of places to visit within a reasonablely close proximity. Very close to Arne Rspb reserve for avid birdwatchers.

We found the cottage lovely and suited our needs well. The games room was useful for the children, particularly the mini pool table. The location was great - walking distance in to Wareham and a short drive to many lovely attractions, walks and beaches.

Super place to stay with a large-ish group with plenty of space to spread out or cluster and socialise. Very well equipped. A convenient location to stay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Betula House to everyone. Thank you for sharing it with us, just wish our stay had been longer.

This was our second visit to this house. It is a beautiful holiday home in a great location. Plenty of space and a fantastic kitchen/diner/social space. Would definitely recommend and hope to return soon.

This is a well equipped house, ideally situated and very spacious. My only beef was the very tiny en-suite shower room in the double bedroom. We were a family of nine and there was plenty of room to be able to sit and eat together along with a very nice sun room if you wanted quiet time. Betula House is a beautiful house set in a lovely area - very convenient for access into the Isle of Purbeck and surrounding area. It is set in a quiet village with lots of walks and yet easy access into the lovely town of Wareham. Lovely house in a great location. Really nice walk along the towpath to Wareham. All facilities in the house provided for and secure, large garden for the dogs. Friendly, helpful owners living right next door. Good parking. Thoroughly recommend - would definitely come back.

This is a beautiful, spacious house in a great location. We were 6 adults and we easily parked 3 cars in front of the property. The walk from the property into Wareham is lovely, it is just under a mile and takes you along a lovely path alongside the river (we even saw a herd of deer in the fields alongside it). A great property for larger groups. We had 3 generations and it was lovely and spacious. Room for kids and dog to run around and for adults to relax. Close to lots of places to see and do. Easy walk onto Wareham where there are plenty of cafe's and Pub's to choose from.

Betula House is the perfect place to stay to explore Dorset. The house is very well designed for family stays with lots of bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need. Being able to take dogs was essential for our family and the space works really well to do that. Nicky and her husband were very welcoming from the moment we arrived.
