A beautiful house, clean, roomy, comfortable and well equipped. My grandchildren adored the woodland garden, especially the tree house and little park area. It's a 10 minute walk into Appleby centre and there is a lovely pub, that serves good food, a 5 minute walk away. Will definitely visit Beechcroft again!!

This is a really nice old house (grade 2) listed. Plenty of room for everyone, with a big kitchen. The heating worked well, and there was plenty of hot water. The gardens are very nice, with a small pond , tree house, and children's play area. It's in a lovely village, and is easy to get too.
