This charming property, situated on the privately-owned Beaulieu river, is perfect for getting everyone together, including the family dog. With lots of shared parking at the front of the property, you will be able to pull up without worry. The house sleeps up to eight guests, whilst there is also a yurt in the garden that sleeps two and can be hired out during the summer months at an extra cost. The Beaulieu river flows at the bottom of the garden and here you'll find a shared jetty with the option of deep water mooring. Care should be taken with children as this area is not enclosed. The property is located less than 0.5 miles from a water sports centre where you can hire out canoes and kayaks, and being situated in the New Forest, it's ideally located for walking, cycling and exploring the neighbouring villages.

This former brickworks has been decorated to a high standard with artwork hanging on the walls throughout and a neutral colour theme creating a light and spacious feel. The lounge/diner is the social hub of the house due to its large size and beautiful decor. Keep the chef company at the table in the kitchen area before sitting around the dining table as a group to enjoy a special home-cooked meal. The kitchen/diner is also handy for grabbing snacks and drinks to tuck into whilst watching a film on the TV/DVD. Light up the wood burner on those chillier nights to create the perfect ambience for your evening. There is a separate snug area with a corner sofa and TV that provides the ideal setting to enjoy an afternoon tea and a good book. A handy WC can be found on the ground floor, whilst upstairs you'll find the bedrooms and family bathroom. Take a soak in the bath at the end of a day's adventure or start your day in the tub and feel the natural light wash over you from the large window.  Please note: Stag or Hen parties are not permitted at this property

It was like staying in an ancestral home. All the old books, paintings and wooden furniture made it a special stay. And the history of brick making is also fascinating The extensive garden had birds on bird feeder & lots of pheasants. One early morning a mint jack deer was spotted.
