The property is a little dated but we had a lovely stay. The location is great and the house is huge. Loved the pool table. We liked the size, the garden is enclosed so the dogs could go out in the garden. The kitchen was well equipped.

If youre looking to stay on the original set of faulty towers, this place is perfect for you! If not, I would not recommend booking this house. The fixtures and fittings are in an awful state and the building is in very poor repair. To let out a building that clearly hasnt had any update or attention in decades is appalling.. Carpets were threadbarRead moree, wallpaper was hanging off almost every room, mattresses were decades old stained. We cannot see how this passed holiday cottages inspection. Hide

Generally clean, very warm and comfortable, albeit basic. Well equipped kitchen. Well located, 10 minutes walk to the harbour and 5 to coast path. Small enclosed rear garden ideal for dogs. Good sized communal rooms. All bedrooms good size, comfortable and clean.

Although the owner was very helpful over the phone we did have a gas issue that I felt needed attention but just had to turn it off to stop the smell of gas. Also most of the beds need new mattresses.

A lovely warm, large, clean space with bags of character. We had a great extended family holiday and the kids loved playing pool, hide and seek and treasure hunts. Some equipment, furniture, decor is old or dated but with children and dogs we're looking for comfort over glamour.
