A comfortable home for a multi generational family, with lift included. Only a mile to local shops, & plenty of flat cycling available. A car is definitely needed for a less mobile person.

Fabulous house in a good location to explore this area of Devon. Would recommend Bay View for the larger family groups without hesitation.

Great property, all the mod cons (including a lift!), brilliant location and easy to get to Saunton Sands, Woolacombe, Croyde Bay etc...right on the Tarka trail so perfect for those who want a morning run or ride...the owners are brilliant and were ready and available to help all week

The property was clean and luxurious - but what is conveniently not shown in the photos is that it is in a terrible location. It is adjacent to a military base which creates a nearscape view of industrial vehicles and buildings. A high barbed wire fence is within 10 metres of the property.

This was an amazing property & we wouldnt hesitate to go back, super clean with everything you could possibly need and to a high spec. There is literally nothing you dont have. There is no garden as such although once you closed the gates you can use this space & our dog was more than happy there. Its quiet & we all slept really well. Beautiful house in a quiet if not quirky location and extremely handy for the Tarka trail.All rooms were comfortable and had most things that you could need.Due to coronavirus extra soft furnishings and dvds,games etc had been removed but the house still had a homely feel.Kirsten is a very helpful and thoughtful host happy to help in any way she caRead moren.
