You’ll be completely charmed by Amble. Take a stroll around the harbour where you’ll find delicious seafood restaurants, fish shacks and colourful beach huts. There are also cute pop-up boutiques and stalls to browse. From the harbour, take a boat trip to the majestic Coquet Island, a RSPB seabird sanctuary. Bird watchers amongst the group will be enthralled by the 35,000 nesting birds, including puffins, and children will love looking for the resident seal colony. Round up the troops, grab your beach towels and spend a day on the golden sands of Druridge Bay. This beautiful beach stretches for 3 miles, so there’s plenty of room for you to find your own little spot to set up camp. Here, you’ll also find Druridge Bay Country Park, which has a fantastic play area, as well as meadows and woodlands for children to explore.

Enjoyed a lovely week at this fabulous house modernised to a really high standard, and located opposite the beautiful harbour, with fantastic sea views, with free on road parking outside. Great bathrooms and generous rooms with full size beds that are really comfortable. Loved Amble , which is well served by shops, bars restaurants etc all within wRead morealking distance. Fabulous accommodation, beautifully thought out and decorated. It's a short stroll from restaurants, cafes and pubs. Perfectly located for walks and drives to nearby attractions.

A lovely cottage in an ideal location, close to all of the great amenities that Amble has to offer. The cottage is very well equipped and furnished and despite being located in a busy location it was very quiet on an evening.

The house is in a great location opposite the harbour with lovely sea views from the first floor lounge. It is well equipped for up to 8 people with 3 bathrooms and is very comfortable.

Spacious comfortable well equipped house with quality fittings and fixtures, and very clean. Some nice extra touches eg washing line, books and games. Lovely views over the harbour from the windows especially with the sitting room being upstairs. So close to the harbour and town centre, everything within 5 minutes walk. We loved the fishing boats, Read morethe rock pools, the playground, the beaches, and particularly the lobster hatchery and Spurrellis ice cream. The house suited our family well. Hide

The location was lovely with the sea over the road and shops and eating places near by. The lady next door was helpful and very kindly bought me a lovely plant when she discovered it was my birthday.

This house is in a perfect location and has been beautifully adapted to being a holiday let. It has great views, you can walk straight out to the harbour or along to the castle. Lots of space to spend time together in the lovely big sitting room and comfortable kitchen. It was really well provided with enough of everything in the kitchen and a loveRead morely roaring fire for cold days. Probably the best holiday let Ive stayed in and plan to be back. A tasteful and comfortable cottage which has been beautifully refurbished. Very well equipped. All very clean with new furniture and fittings. In a great position right on the harbour. Amble is a lovely little town with good shops, pubs and restaurants and delightful people.

Amble Staithes is a beautifully presented and well-equipped home from home - comfortable and stylish. It absorbed our family of 8 adults and one toddler with ease whether for relaxed evenings watching the olympics, sat together round the dining table or eating al-fresco outside. This is a fantastic house located in a prime position opposite the harbour. It is handy for restaurants, shops and walks and it is furnished to an exceptional standard.

Could not fault a thing. We had a fantastic holiday and found the property ideal for our purposes and would highly recommend and would not hesitate to return. We were the first guests in this lovely holiday home, so everything was new ! It was in a great location too. Lots of places to eat and have a drink in very close by, as well as a Tesco and a Co-op for your essentials. Would highly recommend !
