Stunning golden sandy beaches with emerald blue seas and rugged cliffs are located less than a 5 minute drive away or take a stroll along the South West Coast Path. Polurrian Coves’ beach is the perfect place to relax with a good book, whilst Poldhu Cove with beautiful outlook offers a beach day out filled with sandcastles, snorkelling or surfing. Alternatively, enjoy an afternoon cream tea at Mullion Harbour where small fishing boat fleets are moored. There are endless iconic local attractions nearby including The Lizard, Mullion’s neighbouring village which is the most Southerly Point in England. National Trust properties include St Michael’s Mount, Godolphin House Trengwainton. St Ives Tate Gallery, Eden Project and Minack Theatre are all within driving distance Step inside the light and welcoming entrance hall featuring two beautiful round stained-glass windows depicting local Cornish scenes.

You will find the perfect blend of character and modern comforts throughout the property to make this a home from home during your stay. From here there’s a snug room with armchairs to play boardgames with the children. Head through into the stunning dining area with a large table and plentiful seating for all the family to gather and enjoy special and memorable holiday meals. This opens up into a spacious open plan kitchen / lounge which is the perfect social space to rest and relax with family and friends. The lounge area has a Smart TV and comfy corner sofa with seating for all to cosy up and watch a film together. The kitchen has everything you’ll need including an electric hob and oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher and breakfast bar. Cook up a hearty breakfast whilst planning your day ahead! From here, the utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as plenty of additional storage space. From the hallway, you’ll also find a spacious double bedroom with a wardrobe and ensuite shower room with a shower and WC. Heading up the period “monkey tail” staircase with a beautiful large arched window to the landing, you will find a twin bedroom to the front of the property overlooking village life. Light and spacious king and double bedrooms at the rear both offer sea glimpses towards Mounts Bay to watch the sun set each evening and warm your heart upon waking in the morning. Both of these rooms also have their own en-suites with shower and WC. The family bathroom completes the inside of the property with a shower, freestanding bath with attachment and WC.

Head outside from the living area through double sliding patio doors into the enclosed rear terrace. There are several steps down to a patio area and AstroTurf lawn with seating to enjoy Alfresco dining and an outdoor sofa set to relax upon. A shed is also here for the storage of any surfboards, kayaks or paddleboards. There is driveway parking at the rear for two cars and further on-street parking if required throughout the village and in the village car parks.
