This detached cottage, comprehensively refurbished in 2018, sits in an enviable position overlooking the Teifi valley. Situated just a few miles from the market town of Llandysul which has a good range of independent shops, pubs and eateries. The stunning West Wales coastline is surprisingly close, just over 11 miles to the seaside resort of Aberporth, and follow the coastline and visit the beach at New Quay and the harbour at Aberaeron. As you enter into this lovely cottage you will find a contemporary interior.The lounge area has countryside views, and cosy up and enjoy the wood burner. There is a ground floor double bedroom leading from the left of the lounge, but the rest of the room flows into the open-plan kitchen/diner. The kitchen area is very well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge/freezer. The dining area is perfect for a sunny breakfast and an evening meal, while enjoying the lovely rural views. This leads to an internal hallway with a shower room with WC and a utility room with washing machine and an additional freezer. There are stairs from the lounge to a half landing, one side splits to the right where the master bedroom with a super-king-size bed and en-suite shower room with WC are located. Taking the left there are two further bedrooms, a king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) and a twin room. There is a family bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
Outside to the garden area, with a patio and lawn, with steps to your own private hot tub. A perfect spot for taking in the magnificent views during the day or star-gazing in the evening. Private parking for 3 cars.
