This three storey 19th century cottage is steeped in history and full of period features and contemporary twists. The front door opens into the hall with flagstone floors and to your left is the spacious lounge with exposed beams, comfortable sofas, Smart TV and DVD. Continue down the hallway and you will find a second lounge area leading into the kitchen and dining area beyond. If you decide to eat in you have all the equipment you need to rustle up a meal in the stylish and well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Natural light floods in as you enjoy chatting with friends and family whilst embracing the ambience of this lovely house. You will find the washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility. On the first floor there are three bedrooms one super-king-size, one twin and one bunk bedroom, there is a further spacious bedroom on the second floor with a super-king-size bed and glimpses of the sea and sandy bay from the window. All the bedrooms have been designed to enhance a good night’s sleep. There are two bathrooms to choose from, one with a bath, separate shower and WC and the other with a bath and WC, perfect to relax in a bubble bath after a full day out or take an invigorating shower to start the day.
Outside the back door you walk along the deck and up the steps to the fabulous garden with lawn, table, chairs and charcoal BBQ, a lovely space for al fresco dining. There is private off-road parking for two cars at the property and also ample space for boats and canoes in the garden. If you are bringing your bikes you can lock them to the rack in the garden when not cycling in this beautiful coastal area.
