Fabulous house which exceeded our expectations. Beds the most comfortable ever!! Felt like home. House had everything we could possibly need and was spotless. Top of the range kitchen and bathrooms. Highly recommend this property. Good base for surrounding area too.

Nice house , well equipped with plenty of room for the six of us and 2 dogs . Only slight issue was lack of parking , but to be fair we had 3 cars and always got parked within walking distance. All in all very good

Really lovely house with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Walking distance to the town for pubs and restaurants. Short drive for days out at Bassenthwaite, Whinlatter Forest, Keswick/Derwentwater and Buttermere. Couldnt have asked for more!

This was a beautiful house perfect for our needs with lots of space and everything you would need for a perfect stay as a group of ladies Short walk into town and a lovely little patio area to sit Would highly recommend

The house was wonderful. It was really well equipped and met all our needs. We stayed for Christmas and it had been decorated beautifully. We had a fabulous stay.
