Enjoy this immaculately presented home away from home, situated in a beautiful town on the East Sussex coast. There are four large bedrooms that sleep eight guests here, so it’s perfect for group getaways of couples or friends. The property is less than a mile to the beach and even closer to the amenities in Bexhill-on-Sea, such as pubs and shops. With plenty of communal areas for everyone to come together and enjoy an afternoon or evening, and a glorious garden to enjoy, this house is the ideal place for a seaside group getaway.

 

The living area is cosy and large windows allow guests to enjoy views across the pristine garden. There’s plenty of comfortable seating to relax on while enjoying a games night, or watching a film. The modern kitchen has loads of surface space, including an island, to prepare and present meals. There’s also a large fridge and freezer and loads of cupboards so you can remain well stocked with food and drinks. An enclosed utility area has a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The dining area has an 8-seater oak dining table, with French doors opening out onto the garden. A downstairs WC is provided for ease and convenience, with a separate walk n shower room, while upstairs is a family bathroom with roll top bath and separate shower. The four bedrooms have recently been renovated and now feature modern and high-quality furnishings with sumptuous carpets and décor. The plush style continues outside with a wood burning hot tub,  garden furniture and a BBQ to enjoy a summer’s evening together. Adjacent to the patio is a large lawn space, the perfect spot for relaxing or playing games together. Parking-wise, guests have access to a garage with parking for one car, with more parking available on the road nearby.

Bexhill-on-Sea is a wonderful coastal town with a picturesque beach backed by Victorian architecture. The 2 mile long promenade along the beach is a great spot for a walk or cycle. If you prefer to wander the countryside, head 18 miles in land to High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with fantastic views and trails for all abilities. For those interested in culture and the arts, just 1 mile from the property is the De La Warr Pavilion, an iconic building that regularly holds concerts, exhibitions and other events. For those who want to explore the area’s history, Hastings is well worth a visit. It’s 4.5 miles along the coast and you can visit Hastings Castle and the Smugglers Caves.

We had a nice stay here despite some pretty bad weather. The house is spacious and comfortable, and the garden is really nice and big. Barbecue not really usable and there were no logs for the hot tub so we didnt get to enjoy that very much. Lots of places to visit nearby and there are plenty of shops within walking distance.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Belle Hill, the house is charming, well-equipped and really comfortable, our dog was also very happy there. We loved the large garden and the log hot tub with its view, especially at sunset. We used the kitchen daily and got 10 of us accomodated for my husband's birthday lunch. What a great find. This home was very tastefully furnished and felt like a real home and not just like a holiday let. Very well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and bedding, and lots of sociable areas around the house. Support from the owner during our stay was excellent and we would definitely recommend and revisit again.

A really beautiful home with four spacious bedrooms and plenty of room to spread out and relax. We are a family of 8 adults and spent a really relaxing week at this gem of a home. Lovely 3 night stay recently at this beautiful house and gardens. Very well equipped for every eventuality, come rain or shine. Good base for Hastings, Eastbourne and surrounding areas. Welcome pack on arrival which was a very nice touch and very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Excellent accommodation and superbly equipped. Its about a 10 minute walk to the shops and then another 10 to the seafront. Its a bit of a climb up to the house from the street by the stairs, but there is a ramp as well. Quite near the A259 but it didnt bother us. Excellent garden and hot tub. Parking off street was not an issue. No complaints.

It's a beautiful house. Bexhill is a crazy little town. There is enough space in the house for a large family. We had a good time. The garden is great, lots of space for children and pets.

Our second stay here - 4 older adults, 2 young people with their 3 year old - and we love it as much as last year. The home is spacious and relaxing. The kitchen is beautiful & well equipped. The garden is large and and the bbq area is super with comfortable seating. Thoroughly recommend the property.

We really enjoyed our stay at Belle Hill. The house and garden were just fabulous. and so well equipped! The house and its location were perfect for our family get together. We notified the owner that we couldn't find the Bluetooth speakers and two arrived the very next day; couldn't have asked for better service.

The perfect weekend break! The house is immaculate and within walking distance of supermarkets, shops and restaurants as well as the promenade. The hot tub was a great added touch. A brilliant setting for a chilled get-together, would highly recommend.

We live in Switzerland and drove to England to celebrate my mother's 85th birthday. Although a little daunted on arrival at the state of the outside steps, inside the house is an absolute gem, decorated, furnished and equipped to an extremely high standard. Couldnt ask for a more beautiful, well presented and warm house. Stairs at the front were a struggle for my 86 year old mom but found there is a slopped path down to the garage which was much better. A beautiful house, tastefully furnished and very well equipped. The garden is lovely with a great BBQ area and the hot tub is a big bonus which we enjoyed using during our stay. A short walk to the seafront, shops and restaurants of Bexhill and a great base for exploring the surrounding area. Highly recommended.

Well furnished and equipped. Steps and narrow access could prove problematic for some. We had a 92 & 82 year old in our party & managed (just!). Had 2 cars and 2nd car sometimes had to park a considerable distance from house due to lack of other parking space.

6 adults + infant. We loved the house- spacious and well laid out, tastefully decorated to a high standard yet comfortable, so we all felt relaxed. Garden was perfect-safely enclosed for our 2 year old, the hot tub used twice & quiet shady nooks for the grandparents to escape to. The Bbq area was brilliant-comfortable cushioned seating. Lovely stay. Garden is fabulous and very secure making a relaxed stay with dogs. Hot tub is an added luxury that is easy to use. Beautifully decorated and lovely furnishings so a pleasure to be in. Busy road to front but road noise was not a problem. Garden to rear is very quiet. Easy walk to sea front so a great location. Walk to Bexhill Common (1Read more0 mins) was a great find.
