This stunning georgian townhouse property is positioned in a central location of Penryn. There are plenty of walks and mining trails to explore, nearby Penryn offers various eateries and pubs while Falmouth offers a charming mix of shops, art galleries, cafes, and restaurants serving locally caught seafood. Enjoy a meander around Falmouth Harbour, the third-largest natural harbour in the world, or take a leisurely stroll up to the historic Pendennis Castle and enjoy an ice cream overlooking the panoramic views of Falmouth Bay and over to the fishing village of St Mawes.

Enter into the grand hallway and you are immediately met with a very lovely interior of high ceilings and large windows. We had a fantastic stay here. A lovely property with all the amenities. Beds super comfy best sleep I have had in ages. We were two couples so plenty of room and had a bathroom each. We tend to spend most of our days out and about but there is a lovely garden to relax in. Falmouth and the beaches about 2 miles away. We did walk as we are big walkerRead mores. Also used local taxis for nights out which were very easy to organise. The red chilli indian takeaway in Penryn serves fantastic food Hide

Lovely house in the centre of penryn in walking distance to local stores and pubs. Within easy reach of Falmouth and it's beaches and also to beaches on the Atlantic coast - we drove to porthtowan (30mins) and gwithian (40mins) for some great surfing. House very well equipped and comfortable. Garden looked nice place to relax but unfortunately we dRead moreidn't have the weather to enjoy it. Parking a bit stressful as narrowish gate to get through, but as long as car not too wide it's fine. Hide

A beautifully appointed property and well equipped, (lovely outdoor garden space as well). Couldn't really fault the property at all forsaking two minor niggles; (1) towels in the bathrooms just wouldnt dry (an electrical connection to the towel rails would be ideal, for the months of the year when you dont want the central heating on), (2) the wifRead morei was pretty dire; so watching TV or trying to stream anything was quite sporadic. Whilst the town of Penryn is quite small, it makes an ideal base. Hide
