This semi-detached exquisite property sits on the edge of a small, quiet development of properties just moments away from the sandy beach at Broad Haven. The kitchen area is a culinary dream, with lots of work space and added facilities to include electric oven and hob, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a large breakfast bar-style area with seating to enjoy a home cooked meal together. The lounge area is a beautiful space with lots of character and added warming wood-burner, perfect for those winter nights. There is ample comfy seating for all guests with stylish leather sofas to sit back and enjoy a good book or to enjoy watching a programme on the Smart TV/DVD, this room is the perfect social space to enjoy and get everyone together. To complete the first floor you will find the “tower” super-king size bedroom, this room is truly unique, as you lie in the comfort of your own bed, you will be able to enjoy star gazing as the owners have added a glass panel in the ceiling for added attention to detail.

Heading outside you will have a selection of different areas to enjoy. The property enjoys a small private gravelled area to the side of the cottage with added garden furniture to enjoy a pot of tea in the morning sun. You will also have access to your own private sun deck which is accessed via an external spiral staircase which boasts un interrupted sea views and garden furniture the perfect spot to relax after a busy day exploring and to complete the outdoor space the property also has access to communal grounds and gardens to walk around and explore with communal BBQ areas.

A super smart house in an old farm courtyard development. Loads of good tech and a quality interior. Huge open plan kitchen/sitting room upstairs with loads of light - views mostly of neighbouring caravans and courtyard (not accessible). Fabulous cottage with stunning views of the sea from the roof terrace. A very easy short accessible stroll down to the beach. Amazingly convenient. A really well appointed cottage with nice seating and a well stocked kitchen appliance wise. The little tower is a great addition for sipping cocktails and watch the sunset over the bay. Well located for trips to Skomer and st David. Appreiated the Prosecco and Welsh cakes as a welcoming gift.

A very comfortable and well equipped cottage. We were three generations of family and it worked well for all of us. Easy access to the beach and good sized garden for the children.
