Property furnished to a high standard including fixtures and fittings. Only slight issue was a lack of hanging space/rails. Also, not easy to find entrance to property which is via an alleyway. If possible, a sign at the corner of the building would help! Overall, a great place to stay.

The property was absolutely lovely and had everything we wanted, however i do think it would benefit from a microwave, especially when small babies are visiting, it is much easier to heat food/milk in a microwave. I also think the property would benefit from wardrobes in the bedrooms, all bedrooms are big enough to have a wardrobe and chest of drawRead mores. We attended Beech Tops as a young group of four couples and absolutely loved it! The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, with enough bathrooms for each couple to have their own space. The open plan kitchen/dining/living was very accommodating whilst being separate enough for couples to relax separately in bedrooms after a long day out hiking,Read more whilst others enjoy a drink and a film in front of the TV. The location was perfect! A stones throw from local bars, restaurants and shops and only a short drive to some of the lake's greatest hiking locations. We loved the permits that came with the stay, having being able to use them in so many locations across the Lake District - very helpful!! 10/10 property. We would definitely come back! Hide

Our stay here was a total dream! We were the first to stay in this spot, and it totally exceeded our expectations. The location is prime, and surprisingly quiet for being on the high street. The place is fully stocked with everything we needed, and the beds are very comfortable. We had a blast exploring and enjoying the local eats.
