This lovely property is located in the pretty village of Black Bourton in rural Oxfordshire. Black Bourton has a rich history, and you can explore its historic charm by wandering through the village. There are old stone houses, a picturesque church, and a sense of traditional English countryside living. The surrounding countryside offers opportunities for outdoor activities such as walking, hiking, and cycling. Make your way into the cottage and onto the ground floor which houses the living quarters, comprising the entrance hall, well-equipped utility, dining room, living room and fully equipped kitchen within one open space. The hot tub and garden decking can be accessed through French doors, which has plenty of seating. Two of the cottages’ bedrooms are also on the ground floor and accessed through a separate entrance, next to the main front door. Both bedrooms have double beds and en-suite shower rooms, perfect for multi-generational families and groups of friends travelling together. The further three bedrooms are accessed through the main cottage. There are two staircases, adding to the charm of this traditional cottage, which allows guests their own space when they are looking to relax. The first staircase is as you enter through the front door and leads up to three beautifully designed king-size bedrooms. The first two king-size rooms are on the right at the top of the stairs, and there is a shower room next door. To the left, you will go through to the final bedroom, also king-size. Next door is a further shower room and leads onto a landing space where you can access a staircase down to the living room. The landing space has a sofa bed that can be made up on request to accommodate one additional guest. There are two further separate toilets in the cottage, one at the top of the stairs and one as you enter the property and to the left, which is also where you will find the utility room.

Outside, you will find a hot tub which is open all year round, and there is outdoor seating for friends and families to relax and spend time together. There is ample parking on the driveway for four cars. Across the drive, there is a well renowned local country hotel pub called The Vines. It is the ideal setting for a celebratory dinner or for an evening drink with friends and family.
