A few steps lead up into the property, with the welcoming hallway leading you through to a cheerful lounge with plenty of seating, a Smart TV and a wood burner, providing a comfortable spot for you to get together, watch a movie or chat about the day’s adventures. Exploring the ground floor further, you will find the refreshing family bathroom and three delightful bedrooms: a sweet single room with an additional pull-out bed, a relaxing double, and an en-suite double which has a door opening out onto the terrace. Stairs lead from the hallway directly up into the spacious and inviting first-floor open-plan kitchen/diner. To the rear, you can explore the hilly woodlands which lead onto the Tarka Trail.
