Entering this spacious and airy property, the entrance hall leads through to an elegantly arranged kitchen/diner with a wide range of facilities, a handy breakfast bar, and a central dining table perfect for sharing celebratory meals together. Sliding doors lead through to the delightful lounge with its Smart TV and plenty of seating, perfect for unwinding in after a great day discovering an unforgettable part of the Devon coast. Both rooms offer fabulous views out to sea. The ground floor also features a stylish family shower room and the first two bedrooms: a charming twin and a lovely king-size room. The property is less than half a mile from the heart of Appledore which has a range of pubs, shops, galleries, restaurants, a bustling quayside and the North Devon Maritime Museum. In the summer, a ferry crosses the river to Instow with its lovely sandy estuary beach (1.5 miles). Heading west, the Victorian resort of Westward Ho! (3 miles) is home to a wonderful 2-mile beach and the popular Northam Burrows Country Park. Other local attractions in this breathtaking part of Devon include RHS Garden Rosemoor, the BIG Sheep, The Milky Way Adventure Park and the historic village of Clovelly along the Hartland Devon Heritage Coast, all within 14 miles.

Great house. Really big and spacious and views to die for. We loved it. Short walk to Appledore with great places to eat. Would recommend.

Sea Vista is a spectacular property. Newly built, really well designed, with fabulous uninterrupted views of the coast, and North Burrows National Park - which is a wonderful, peaceful set of dunes, sheep, horses, and beach. Nearby Appledore is a cute little village with a nice beach with boats, and over the estuary is Ia similar village of Instow.Read more A great place to visit North Devon, and good for Tarka Trail cycling (don't forget to stop for a cake at Fremington Quay). Lovely clean & comfortable accommodation. Definitely 5 star! The views over the estuary were breathtaking especially during sunset. Walking distance to the lovely village of Appledore but not if you have mobility issues. Would definitely return to this accommodation & area.

The house is in a gorgeous location, with lovely sea views. Super clean, lots of equipment in the kitchen for cooking (plus the utility). Easy drive to the beach, to The Big Sheep and The Milky Way. Great sized living-dining space. Lots of parking. The house was easy to find. Would recommend and we hope to go back!

Fantastic property with stunning views. Lounge seating very comfortable and house spotless. Great to have plenty of parking. We all had a great holiday and enjoyed walking around the area but please note if someone has mobility issues it is uphill back to the property from Appledore.

We had a lovely week at Sea Vista with breathtaking views across the estuary - we were treated to glorious sunsets night after night! The house itself is perfect, with large comfortable rooms and was absolutely spotless! The house was stocked with everything we could need which meant we could seamlessly move in with two small children and have everRead moreything at our fingertips! We didnt have great weather but there was plenty to do nearby regardless! Would highly recommend and would return! Hide

We had a lovely week at Sea Vista which is in a great location with far reaching views. We would definitely recommend this beautiful property. We had extreme heat and the fans were welcome but more shade on the back would have made our stay even more comfortable.
