Gently sloping, golden sand and clear water make the beach here an excellent choice for swimming, sunbathing and games; to explore the coastline further, take a day cruise to Poole Quay and you’ll see the Jurassic Coast and Old Harry Rocks along the way. Just 2 miles from your doorstep, Durlston Castle and Country Park is a 320-acre National Nature Reserve with a Victorian castle, dramatic sea views, beautiful picnic spots, signposted walking trails and lots of space for everyone to burn off energy.

Property was very clean and well provisioned. Ample parking at the front for two large cars. Spaces were comfortable and the property retained its warmth well. There isnt a hair dryer, which was mentioned by other reviewers so bring your own. Be aware of the glass door to the kitchen, forget about it and you may have a sore head. Overall, a really Read morenice property in a reasonable location. We would definitely consider returning. Hide

A clean and tidy house with plenty of bathrooms, a comfortable lounge and well-equipped kitchen. Quite a long walk to the beach.

Aigburth house has hidden depths, it is literally like the Tardis! All the bedrooms were big enough as was the kitchen, and the lounge/dining area had plenty of room with plenty of comfortable seating. The house was nicely decorated and furnished and well equipped, we did not find it lacked anything, there was even cleaning products, dishwasher tabRead morelets, washing up liquid and cloths. Also hand wash in all the bathrooms but no hairdryers. Location was good with 10 to 15 mins walk to the beach. Hide

The house was very comfortable and well equipped and all bedrooms having their own bathrooms was a bonus. It is in a quiet location, an easy walk to the steam railway, town centre and seafront (all within 15-20 mins)

A clean, spacious and comfortable home! Great for 3 generations of our family from my toddler grandson, his parents, & my 29year old son. It was well equipped and we ate there outside and inside. We loved it's location, you can hear the steam train and spot it from the front. We walked into Swanage, used the bus and tried out the local pubs and takRead moreeaways. Super accomadation spacious and comfortable. Definitely recommend this property, close to town everything you need home from home. Hopefully will return next year.
