This fantastic holiday home is located in the heart of Cowes, the famous sailing town and an ideal base for exploring the Isle of Wight. Cowes has a lot to offer with beautiful coastal walks nearby and well-connected cycle paths throughout the island. The area is well-known for its strong ties to the sailing community, and there are many events to enjoy, such as regattas and races, which are held throughout the summer months. Cowes is home to the well-known Cowes Week, one of the world's longest-running sailing regattas, and this house would be an ideal base for both crew and spectators. Discover the pebble beach and the vibrant town centre, which offers a wide range of cafés, bars, and restaurants. The Red Funnel Jet and bus station are also within walking distance, and the ferry port is within walking distance or a short drive away (1.3 miles)

This beautiful home has undergone extensive renovations and has been transformed into a fantastic space for guests, with beautiful touches throughout. This charming three-story period property has generously sized rooms that you will appreciate. Large windows throughout the house create a bright atmosphere and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation on the Isle of Wight. Enter into the enclosed porch and leave your beach shoes behind before entering the living area, where you can relax on the comfy sofa or one of the two comfortable armchairs in front of the TV or with a good book after a busy day exploring. There is a great dining room/conservatory next to the kitchen that has bi-fold doors which lead out into the lovely, private walled enclosed garden, which is a real sun trap and an excellent area for unwinding. Head up the stairs to find two comfortable double bedrooms, both with plenty of storage space, and one of them has a small en-suite shower room, but the family bathroom next door is nice and spacious. The other two lovely bedrooms are located up the final flights of stairs, one of which is a double room with an en-suite shower room, and the other is a twin room.

Soak up the sun outside in the pretty courtyard garden, there is plenty of garden furniture so you can make the most of sitting out in the morning, evening, or whenever you fancy, or fire up the BBQ and dine alfresco, this area is the perfect suntrap.
