The property is located in small village of Ludchurch, providing a central location explore much of South Pembrokeshire. Pretty Amroth is just 2 miles away with it's golden sand backed by pebbles and seafront bars and takeaways. The popular coastal village of Saundersfoot can also be reached in just 4 miles with an array of independent shops, bars and restaurants dotted through the town and on the harbour overlooking the beach. For a family day out, head to Folly Farm Adventure Park and zoo in just 4.4 miles.

As you enter the cottage, you are welcomed into a generous hallway with a large, open plan lounge and kitchen off to the right. The lounge area has three, comfortable leather sofas centred around the wall mounted TV and a cosy log burner. As you head into the kitchen, there is plenty of space to prepare a family meal or breakfast on the go while still enjoying time with the family. There is a large conservatory leading off from the kitchen providing dining space for ten people and access into the garden. Just off the lounge you will find the first of four bedrooms - a generous double room. From the hallway, you will find a further three bedrooms - two double rooms and one twin room. All rooms offer plenty of storage for your clothes and belongings and enjoy views to either the front or back garden. The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower and there is an additional shower room with freestanding shower.

The garden is fully enclosed and laid to lawn offering plenty of space for children to play. There is also a dining area with picnic bench seating and charcoal BBQ for guest to enjoy dining al fresco. The garden also benefits from its own private games room, complete with full size pool table, darts board and arcade games. Guests will also have use of the shepherd hut which offers a further double bed, should you wish to enjoy a taste of 'glamping in the garden' during your stay.
