Whether you prefer splashing around or would rather bubble away in relaxation, you’ll find your favourite spot in the outdoor heating swimming pool or the indulgent hot tub.

As soon as you step into this property you’ll know you’re in for an unforgettable stay. Plush furnishings, contemporary decor and bright and airy spaces make it a delight to enjoy some quality time together anywhere in the house. The glossy kitchen diner is perfect for rustling up quick breakfasts and eating them at the island, or move through to the wonderful dining room where you can throw open the bifold doors and enjoy your meal looking out towards the patio. If you prefer to dine alfresco, sit at the table out here, or enjoy an after-dinner tipple while your other guests enjoy a swim in the pool. Soak in the hot tub that’s set away from the main patio for some peace and quiet while the kids play on the lawn. Back inside, bold yet peaceful tones and comfortable sofas in the lounge beckon you to sink into them in front of the TV, while the sunny conservatory is the ideal spot for reading your book away from the hustle and bustle. The snug, which has a sofa bed, is another cosy bolthole to escape to. Upstairs, four king-size bedrooms (two with stylish en-suites) and one twin each have their own unique feel with splashes of colour that promote a great night’s sleep. The main bedroom has two sofa beds, making it great to use as a family room. Along with a sumptuous en-suite bathroom and shower room, there’s a further two shower rooms on the first floor plus a downstairs WC, reducing queues in the morning!

Take a wander around Epworth (2 miles) where pubs, restaurants and shops will keep you busy. If the kids are with you, head to Shepherds Place Farm (6 miles) where they can meet a variety of animals, play in the sand pit or on bouncy castles and you can enjoy a coffee in the cafe. Pirate Cove Adventure Golf at Kingswood Golf Course (10.5 miles) is fun for all ages, but Swanlands Lakes Fishing (9 miles) might appeal more to the anglers among you. There are plenty of stunning places to enjoy walks, including Normanby Hall Country Park (17 miles), while the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds AONB is a little further at 28 miles away.

This house is spacious, well equipped and located jn a quiet area which was ideal for our family. The pool and hot tub were a hit with both the children and adults and there was plenty of space in the garden for a game of cricket for the boys. Lovely house with good facilities. The hot tub was awesome but spoiled a little by mould around the head cushions. The pool was a boon but could have been a little warmer, particularly in the morning. The rooms are large and comfortable. The house does need a little talc but that did not put us off We would recommend this house for a quiet holiday,Read more suitable for all generations. (We had four generations in our party). Louise was excellent communicating all relevant information before we arrived, the guest information she sent was informative and useful. This is a beautiful property with loads of space. Great for family groups and the pool and hot tub just made this place extra special. The dining room and lounge are very comfortable for big groups with lots of seating. A good range of games are provided for a range of ages. Very nicely situated house. Pool and hot tub great. House layout really suited our group of 5 adults and 3 teenagers allowing separate spaces for privacy e.g. a separate additional TV room. Also a large grassed garden to play in. Motorway very accessible for easy travel in the area. Louise was very helpful .

The house was gorgeous and absolutely spotless. We loved the pool and hot tub the best and the kids loved the books and board games provided also. Louise couldn't have been more helpful. We would definitely recommend and would love to visit again in the future.
