All the beauty of the south coast of England and the South Downs National Park will be yours when you stay at this substantial holiday home in Eastbourne. Sleeping eight guests, the five-bedroom, detached abode nestles on the fringes of the town, less than 1 mile from rolling, green, open countryside and 4 miles from the beach. With a games room, where you can challenge each other to exciting pool tournaments and where the younger members of your party can play on the PS4, and a garden, for outside dining and relaxation, this is a property that could suit a large family or a group of friends eager to enjoy time away together and to experience both the countryside and the coast.

Stroll up through the front garden and open the door to the porch, where you can leave wellies after muddy walks and flip-flops and sandals after trips to the beach. Make your way on into the inviting hall and the rest of the house to discover bright, airy rooms with a modern, yet welcoming, finish. Head through to the comfortable lounge to while away your evenings in together with a good film on the Smart TV. Some of you might choose to wander through to the adjoining games room instead to fire up the console; play a round or two of pool or watch something different on another Smart TV. Prepare meals in the kitchen opposite, where there is a breakfast bar to pause at with a cup of coffee as your pour over the Sunday papers, then gather round the table back in the lounge/diner to enjoy your feast. Also at ground-floor level is a double bedroom and family shower room. The remaining bedrooms, four doubles, are situated up on the first floor of the house, together with a family bathroom. Spend spring and summer afternoons out in the garden, where children can play on the lawn and adults can relax with a cup of tea at the table. Light the BBQ too outside on summer nights. There is private parking for four cars at this house.
