Lovingly converted former chapel with many original features located in a quiet village surrounded by glorious countryside and close to the North Norfolk coast and Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty 

A colourful chapel conversion that exudes character and charm thanks to its quirky interiors and one-off finishing touches. With four bedrooms and a vast, cavernous communal area, it’s spacious enough for eight guests. Plus, thanks to being so close to some of Norfolk’s prettiest parts, it provides the opportunity to have a special, memorable holiday with family or friends.

You can’t help but be taken aback the moment you enter this converted chapel. It’s full of vibrant colour - especially in the open-plan living area, which is made for socialising and catching up with the rest of your group. Its high ceilings help give an even bigger feeling of space, and it’s easy to prepare meals in the kitchen while staying involved with other guests in the lounge or dining area. The kitchen has everything you need to rustle up those meals, while the dining table can seat eight guests. The sofas in the lounge are all exceptionally comfortable and are arranged around the TV for movie nights in. When it’s time to turn in for the night, there are four bedrooms from which to choose. One is a double on the mezzanine, which has its own en-suite bathroom. There’s a bunk room on the ground floor and then two further twin rooms. One of the twins and the bunk room have en-suites. All guests can make use of a shower room on the ground floor, while all rooms have a large amount of storage space for stowing away luggage. Outside, there’s a paved, enclosed courtyard, accessible through the kitchen’s patio doors. It is home to lots of garden furniture and a BBQ for sunny weather al fresco dining.

There is plenty to do within easy reach of the property. For instance, if you like history, why not journey to Blickling and Felbrigg Estates, Holkham Hall and The Muckleburgh and Thursford Collections, all within 17 miles of the house. If you are around at the right time of year, Thursford Collections has a spectacular Christmas show that is very popular. Plus Cromer, for example, the traditional seaside resort, is just 16 miles away. It’s a town with so much to offer, such as the Amazona Zoo and the Pavilion theatre. Finally, a great idea for water lovers is to head to Broads National Park and hire a boat to journey on the extensive network of lock-free canals and waterways.

*Loved our stay in this peaceful village location. Beautiful location. Stunning conversion of old Chapel. Very comfortable rooms. Ample seating in lounge. Lovely decor. Huge table for dining and games. Well supplied kitchen. Fantastic house in a fantastic location. Hindolveston is so picturesque and quiet with some lovely walks. Great for jogging too. The village hall for parking is perfect and I think is really reasonable. The farm shop done the road is great for any small items and meat for a bbq. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the chapel.

We had a wonderful week in The Chapel. The property is so unique and very well equipped for our family of two adults, three teenagers and our dog. The layout meant we had our own space, own bathrooms ( a must for us or we wouldve never got out to explore before lunchtime!) the large communal area was great for hanging out all together whatever actiRead morevity we were doing.
