Discover this beautifully finished four-storey property, within 3 miles of the charming fishing village of Appledore. Sleeping eight people across four well-appointed bedrooms, the property offers welcoming open-plan living areas both inside and out, perfect for hosting memorable get-togethers with friends and family. Surrounded by rolling countryside, and with a range of natural attractions lining the North Devon and Hartland Heritage Coasts within easy reach, the property is perfectly suited to an active group craving adventure in one of Devon’s most scenic corners.

The lower ground floor offers an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, an inviting, sociable space where the smells of the stove will intertwine with the clink of glasses. The area leads, through bi-fold doors, to a decked balcony area with enviable views over the village and out towards Barnstaple Bay – an ideal setting for al fresco dining during warmer months. A handy utility room sits nearby. Up to the ground floor, a larger lounge boasts breathtaking sea views and inviting sofas where you can put your feet up and enjoy a family film. Two bedrooms - a contemporary king-size bedroom and a double bedroom with an en-suite shower and balcony - are found on the first floor, just across from the family bathroom. Two king-size bedrooms, one offering an en-suite shower room and a balcony, the other easily converted into a twin room - sit on the second floor. Back on ground level and down some steps, an enclosed paved area, the perfect suntrap in the summer, sits close to a garage big enough for one car, along with an additional allocated space for a second.
