You’ll also find yourselves just 2.5 miles from the famous Rufford Abbey, where there are remains of a Cistercian abbey to see, plus a country park with play areas and outdoor activities.
Wander up to this impressive group retreat and take a few steps up to let yourselves in. Find yourselves in character-filled accommodation, with beautiful beams, stone and wood floors and panelled walls. Make your way into the gorgeous country kitchen to prepare a delicious dinner with the fresh Nottinghamshire cheeses, meats and vegetables you have bought on your trips out.
