Located in a lovely spot just over the road from the beautiful seafront and set over three levels, this light, fresh and inviting townhouse makes a fantastic holiday retreat for families and friends.

Wonder at magical seascapes as you relax with your family and friends at this fabulous waterfront holiday home in Aberdyfi. Set in an enviable position looking right across the beautiful Dyfi Estuary in north Wales, the appealing, three-story house is less than 400m from the Welsh village’s sandy beach. Sleeping up to eight guests and also welcoming a couple of their canine companions, the elegant, four-bedroom house, is also within easy reach of colourful shops and eateries. Aberdyfi, known in English as Aberdovey, nestles in the southern swathes of Snowdonia National Park and looks out across Cardigan Bay – or Bae Ceredigion in Welsh. The location is therefore ideal for larger parties who enjoy walking, cycling and spending time out in the great outdoors.

Step into this gorgeous holiday home to find light-filled accommodation that really makes the most of its superb position. Follow the hall into the dining room, where you and your party can sit down to happy holiday meals together against the beautiful backdrop of the coastal views. Take turns at preparing delicious meals in the kitchen close by, where you will find everything you need to assist you in your endeavours. There’s also a useful washing machine for your beachwear and towels and a dishwasher so no one has to volunteer to wash up. A family shower room is also at this level. Climb the stairs to discover the enticing lounge, where more wonderful views are pulled right into the room. Watch TV in here together, choose a film to enjoy on the DVD player or simply gaze out of the window. Find a twin bedroom, a family bathroom and a WC on this floor too. Head up to the level above to discover a second twin bedroom, plus two doubles that look out towards the water. Take the air out in the courtyard behind the house in the morning or have breakfast inside then head straight down to the beach. Guests will be given a permit for Aberdyfi’s car parks; the closet one is about 400m from the house.

My parents have a caravan in Tywyn therefore Abderfyi is home from home, I was looking forward to this stay as we had just finished the three peak challenge in under 24hours and it was safe to say we were all exhausted. However instead of a peaceful atmosphere on arrival the cleanliness of the property was frankly awful. We spent the first hour tryRead moreing to clean as much as we could. We also had no supplies, no T-towel, full loo rolls, no washing up supplies so we had to go back out to by these. Hide

Fantastic location for young and old. Perfect view over the estuary and beyond. Sinks in each bedroom meant that there was never a queue for the bathroom or shower room. There is a very useful small back yard for storing all the wet stuff in. A brilliant holiday home.
