Quaint, holiday home with water views near the centre of historic Pembroke - a perfect base for those wishing to explore all that Pembrokeshire has to offer.

Sitting close to the Mill Pond and castle in the heart of Pembroke, this fabulous period townhouse makes the perfect base for exploring the town, discovering local beaches, and visiting Pembrokeshire’s attractions. Your furry family members are welcome to join you and, with an annex on the lower ground floor with its own lounge/kitchen/diner and king-size bedroom, the house is ideal if you’re going away with older parents or grown-up children; there’s space for eight guests across four bedrooms in total. The bright, welcoming kitchen/diner in the main house has wonderful views of the castle and pond and is ideal for spending evenings together, there’s a pub next door and local amenities nearby, and the annex has a small courtyard where two people can sit with a drink and enjoy the waterside views.

The spacious, charming house is well-equipped and has lots of character and elegant rooms. Get together in the lounge to plan the day, enjoy evening drinks, or curl up on the sofa and watch the Smart TV after a fun day exploring. Cook delicious meals in the kitchen/diner while the washer-uppers chat to you from the breakfast bar and dine together at the dining table where there’s a Smart TV for casual mealtimes. Upstairs are three of the four bedrooms: a king-size (or twin), a second king with super views, and a bunkroom, as well as a family bathroom with a separate shower. You’ll find a washer-dryer in the airing cupboard on the first floor. Go down the steep steps in the hallway to the annex and into the cosy open-plan living area where you can relax, it also houses a king-size bedroom and a shower room and an outside area next to the pub with access to the Mill Pond. The main house doesn’t have any outside space, but you can walk around the pond, and there are parks and green spaces nearby.

A large, comfortable house but with a shabby exterior. There are lovely views of the Castle and the Mill Pond. The furniture is rather old, the windows, too, so that you can hear traffic at night and early in the morning. 3 tvs, 3 CD players, 3 hairdryers, 2 bathrooms, a temperamental washing machine / dryer. Large kitchen/ dining area with all youRead more need. . The annexe has a kitchen and sitting area but the annexe bedroom was rather claustrophobic as the bed was too big and there was no window. A beautiful setting, close to stunning beaches. Fabulous value for money. Pembroke has all essentials you could need and the castle is an added bonus.
