The property is in a great location , 5 minutes walk from the town , with plenty to do. Balmoral was perfect for what we needed . Two small families catching + one spaniel. I would highly recommend staying at Balmoral if you wish to visit Ilfracombe . We had such a lovely time , thank you. Hide

The house is well appointed and beautifully finished. We stayed in both Balmoral and Waverley and it flowed well but the lounges were a little small for us to get together in one space, plenty of space when we split into 2 groups. There are a lot of stairs in Balmoral so if you have small children/babies they are something to be considered. They arRead moree also quite steep and in parts narrow. Very fitting for a house of that style and age but something to consider if youre not sure footed young/old. Hide

What a beautiful property in a lovely seaside town. Extremely comfortable, clean and brilliantly equipped and finished to a very high standard.
