What a perfect house for a get together. Has so much space and cosy areas. We spent most of our stay gathered together in the garden area. It was perfect for our family birthday celebration.

Great Location, 5 min walk from the King Alfred pub, which is fantastic. The owners called me the week we were due to arrive and gave us lots of useful information on the lacation, where to visit, thing's to do suitable for the dogs and the kids. The owners were so helpful and I've not stayed at a better-equipped house, it really was a home from hoRead moreme. From blankets for the sofas for the dogs to sit on, to bin bags and dishwasher tablets (because you always forget those on the first shop). 10/10 Hide

A great cottage for dog owners. Location is good for visiting many attractions such as Wooky Hole, Cheddar gorge, Longleat etc. Some of the roads around the cottage are narrow , plenty of passing places but can still be a bit of a challenge particularly if you meet farm traffic. A good area for wildlife and walks from the back door.
