A fantastic, tranquil, rural location with stunning views of the countryside. The perfect retreat for families and couples looking to explore the southern coast.

Perched on the hillside and surrounded by a tapestry of green pastures, pockets of woodland and small clusters of rural properties, this attractive holiday home sleeps eight and has plenty to offer in the way of entertainment. Envisage a perfect day rounded off with a soak in your private hot tub, enjoying your favourite tipple whilst the children play for hours on the trampoline and play equipment. A 7-mile drive will bring you to Looe, a Cornish fishing town with a beautiful sandy beach and pretty cobbled streets lined with independent shops and eateries.

Immediately greeted by spectacular views, the property offers a warm welcome with country-cottage inspired decor and subtle hints of an underlying nautical theme as evidenced in the hallway with its patterned floor tiles and cheerful accessories. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm whilst the children settle at the central island to draw and play games. Return from your explorations with fresh ingredients and artisan produce, planning a hearty feast to kick start your evening around the table. Retire to the seating area for after-dinner coffee, or switch on the TV to watch a family film. Upstairs, all four bedrooms boast impressive views of the countryside, and the lavish king-size bedroom has the bonus of an elegant en-suite complete with a free-standing bath. The remaining bedrooms share a fabulous bathroom that has its own free-standing bath. Laundry facilities, freezer, storage and a wine fridge can be found downstairs in the utility room next to a handy boot room and WC. Outside, the vast expanse of garden is yours to explore, and younger guests will be thrilled with the play equipment on offer. All you’ll have left to do is crack open the bubbly and soak your weary limbs in the hot tub, best enjoyed before an al fresco meal on the patio.

Loved the kitchen and sitting area which was just as well as the weather was atrocious when we were there so we spent a lot of time in the property.
