We couldnt fault the property. It was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, very spacious & really comfortable - like a home from home. Tea & coffee were available on arrival & the house was toasty warm. We loved the log burner especially. The property is in a quiet street with parking on a gated driveway so felt very safe. We walked to the villageRead more shops & pubs most days (about 10-15mins). The beach was spectacular as we holidayed out of season (huge waves & few people). Would love to return! Hide

What a fantastic house! Extremely spacious, spotlessly clean. Fully enclosed garden perfect for our escape artist dog! So much information, owner is fab to deal with and always at the end of the phone if needed. Lovely quiet street and a huge drive. Will definitely be back, thank you so much Annabel x

Beautiful house. Very spacious and all conveniences except a tumble dryer. Sadly we needed one due to rain. Access to the sea/pub involved transport or very sturdy kegs, which was a bit of a disappointment.

Lovely place really well equipped for the 8 of us who stayed. Some simple cleaning issues - finding items left by previous visitors and crockery not washed up properly - which I hope will be addressed. Could benefit from a dryer as drying towels and swimming things for the next day was sometimes problematic.

I cannot fault the property. It was our first visit to Westward Ho & we had the best week of weather so it seems a shame that i have to have a moan. Wherever we have stayed in this country there has always been a welcome pack to get you started but not here, we expected tea/coffee milk, sugar those small touches that make your holiday a little easieRead morer instead of having to go & by these things after you have travelled 3 hours in the car to get there. Beautiful, quiet location in such a quiet town. Our children with little legs struggled to walk to the beach - no worries, we could park literally next to the beach every day. A comfortable house in a quiet area with good space for 7 plus 2 dogs. The path to the town/beach is pleasant but steep on the return so could be difficult if you have young children or things to carry. There is a useful amenity space with great views just two minutes walk away and access to the coastal path is good.
