Breathe in the fresh sea air with a stay at this stylish detached holiday home within half a mile of the harbour and sparkling sands of Tenby North Beach. With four bedrooms sleeping eight guests, and two dogs welcome, your whole family can enjoy a relaxing seaside break. Do as little or as much as you want – Tenby itself has enough to keep you enthralled, or you can jump in the car to explore other jewels in Pembrokeshire’s crown. On a warm afternoon, you might not even want to leave the property. Its paved patio area with picnic bench (up two flights of steps) is perfect for sitting back with a glass of wine or ice-cold smoothie.

Set over three levels, this spacious retreat has ample room for everyone to get comfortable. It’s beautifully furnished and contemporary, with bright interiors, subtle tones and hard flooring giving it a clean-cut finish. The open-plan living area is on the first floor, where everyone can spend time together after days out. The kitchen has everything you need to rustle up home-cooked feasts to be shared at the large dining table, while the lounge area has plush sofas for enjoying a family film night in front of the TV. Three of the bedrooms are upstairs on the second floor in the eaves of the property, while the other is on the ground floor, offering a little more privacy for those who like their own space. It has its own shower room – perfect for getting the day off to an invigorating start.

Explore the cobbled streets of the Tudor-walled town, which are lined with gift shops, pubs and restaurants. In summer, the main roads are free from traffic, bringing a real cafe culture to the centre. Visit the town’s museum gallery and castle ruins on Castle Hill, or at low-tide wander across Castle Beach to St Catherine’s Island. There’s a Napoleonic-era fort to investigate, plus a wonderful view back to Tenby and the coast. At Tenby Harbour, try a variety of water sports or go on a cruise that takes in some of Pembrokeshire’s most dramatic offshore islands. See if you can spot seals, puffins and other wildlife along the way. Families with children can enjoy outings to Tenby’s Dinosaur Park (2.5 miles) and Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo (6 miles), where you can experience thrilling rides in the vintage fairground and get up close to lions, penguins and rhinos.

We found the New Dwelling a spacious house, ideally located with only a few minutes walk to the beach and town. Well equipped and plenty of space to cook, eat and relax. We had 2 dogs and there was plenty of room for them too! Another shower in the upstairs bathroom would be great, but there are 2 others in the en-suites, so its just personal prefeRead morerence! Its by the North beach car park, but its very quiet and a bonus to have our own parking! I would definitely recommend & hope to go back! Hide

Lovely spacious cottage in a ideal location for Tenby itself, also the costal path to saundersfoot can be reached yards from the cottage. Spacious throughout - 4 of us were very comfortable, lovely showers/baths, furniture etc.

We enjoyed a weeks stay in this accommodation. It was our first visit to Tenby which we all enjoyed. The house was a good base for our holiday with two parking spots and close proximity to the North Beach car park for a third vehicle. The house was clean with all the basics and provided a good base for our holiday.

Ideally located for acess to Tenby Town centre. The property has parking for 2 cars, parking access to many of the other propeties around Tenby is quite limited. We had 3 families (all related) staying at this property there was plenty of room for everyone and three bathrooms to accomodate all our needs. Fab accommodation over 3 floors. Sleeps 8 people and plenty of room for 8 people. Rooms and decor were fab. 5/10 minute walk to harbour, excellent location. Will def be going back for more stays.

Everything about the property is great, only a few tweaks & this place will be the go-to place in Tenby If it's a group of adults going, I will say the noise travels throughout the whole property. So if someone is in the ground floor bedroom they will hear footsteps & conversations from the floor above which is the living room & kitchen. Excellent cottage within walking distance to Tenby Town centre. Lovely outdoor breakfast area, fully enclosed for dogs. Ample parking for 2 but we squeezed 3 cars on the drive. This place was excellent from the distance to the shops to the size of the rooms. It was very comfortable and despite being near a doctors and at the entrance to a large car park we found it peaceful. Sitting on the upstairs terrace with a cuppa in the morning sun was lovely. We would definitely recommend this place.

Lovely, clean and spacious accommodation equipped with everything needed for a great holiday. Great location beside the beach, 10 min walk to the many shops, bars and restaurants in Tenby. We loved Tenby with its picturesque harbour, gorgeous beaches and plentiful options for eating out. Very comfortable and well equipped house in a perfect location for whatever your preferred activity. Very close to the beach and the coastal path and less than 10 minute walk into Tenby. I visited with girlfriends and we were blessed with beautiful weather but we all plan to return to the area with our families.

This property was a great find. The location was within walking distance to Tenby. Bedrooms finished really nicely. Communal space was great for getting together with friends. Car parking spaces are a real bonus to the property. We will definitely visit again.
