Step inside and make your way into the open-plan kitchen/lounge/diner where sleek style is beautifully complemented by the natural light which floods inside. Throw open the French doors and enjoy relaxing in front of the Smart TV, or head over to the kitchen area and start preparing a delicious feast. With plenty of cupboard space for all of your provisions, find your favourite ingredients and cook up a storm. Dish up at the dining table or step through the doors and onto the patio, where a BBQ means you can rustle together a sizzling feast quickly and easily for sundowner evenings. Keep little ones entertained with the giant garden games or switch off and enjoy a soak in the hot tub with a glass of something cold in hand. Pack your swimmers and walk less than half a mile to the 2-mile sandy stretch at Westward Ho!. Spend your morning in a surf lesson, rock pooling or building sandcastles before strolling into the seaside resort for a portion of fish and chips and a local ice cream. For a day spent exploring the local fishing villages, tucking into fish fresh from the day’s catch and wandering pretty shops, head 3 miles to Appledore or 12.5 miles to the cobbled, streets of Clovelly. Enjoy family days following the South West Coast Path from your door or jump in the car and make the 3-mile journey to The Big Sheep where you can make fluffy friends and hop on fun rides.

We enjoyed a fantastic week at this superbly located property. The house is just a couple of minutes walk to the beach and town. Great family holiday, 4 adults and 3 kids. Soon as we walked in we loved the house clean and modern, loved the welcome pack especially the doggy one too!!! Our few nights holiday here in this property was absolutely fabulous. This was our first time down to Devon and it is a new part that we love. We were all so relaxed even our doggie loved it. A lovely well appointed property, ideal for walking to the beach which is a surfers paradise, or dog owners who like long beach walks. Would recommend Atlantic Fish Bar, order online. Lots of takeaway deliveries in the area, and easy walk to Tesco express, Spar & Londis. Absolutely beautiful house in stunning location, extremely clean and very well equipped with loads of cutlery, crockery, utensils and cooking equipment. A great location for walking to the beach (and surf school), the town, the country park, the shops/restaurants without having to "be out all day and lugging everything around". It makes a massive difference to the ease of the small village being able to come and go. Westward Ho! Is bquietly busy and very friendly. From the first view of the property as you approach and can see, and hear, the sea close by, this was an excellent property and a great base for our holiday. The facilities on offer are top notch.
