Ideal for family holidays and celebrations, this stylish and spacious barn conversion offers a range of activities both at the property and in the surrounding Black Mountains.

Group holidays are special, and the property you choose to stay in should be special, too. This stunning property delivers just that. Here, you will find four homely bedrooms which comfortably sleep eight guests, and three bathrooms so no one will be fighting over the shower. Outside, there is a hot tub where you can lose yourself enjoying the superb views across the rolling countryside that surrounds the property. This accommodation also boasts a separate barn that has been converted into an activity space, complete with a goalpost, football table, table tennis table and a pool table. There is plenty to keep you all busy, come rain or shine, and the owners of the property leave a fantastic welcome pack for guests to peruse. Head out for the day on foot and explore the many walking routes on your doorstep that wind into the dramatic Black Mountains.

This barn has been stylishly converted yet it still retains some traditional features with exposed stonework and oak flooring throughout. Cook up a storm and enjoy some time socialising together in the kitchen/diner. There’s plenty here to make your stay as convenient as possible with a dishwasher and large dining table that seats all guests. Settle down in the cosy living room, fire up the wood burner and enjoy some quality time together over a game or movie. A double bedroom with en-suite wet room is located on the ground floor, perfect for those guests who may be less able. Upstairs are the remaining three bedrooms which are tastefully furnished with oak furniture and soft, neutral decor. The two king-size bedrooms have en-suites and the twin bedroom is accessed via one of these. Along with the hot tub outside, there is garden furniture and a BBQ for enjoying a summer’s evening watching the sunset. You will also find ample parking for multiple cars.

We stayed at Rhiannydd's Barn last year, this year we hired both properties and again had a fantastic time. The properties provided the perfect space for our group to finish our festive season. They are well equipped, very clean and comfortable and Garry the owner is very friendly and helpful. The games barn provides a great activity for those wet Read moredays, and for the dry ones there is ample walking in the area that can be followed by a dip in the hot tub! I cannot recommend these properties more! Hide
