This is a marvellous stylish comfortable house which is smartly appointed. The garden is lovely and the village is charming. Our family had a splendid relaxing holiday. I would recommend Court Close to anyone.

The cottage was perfect for a family break. As we looked around the house on our arrival, every room evoked oohs and ahhhs at the quality and elegance of the whole place. Perfect house for our family gathering. We had pretty much everything we needed. We loved the kitchen & barely used the sitting room as the weather was unseasonal & we didnt need a cosy fire. We are a group of just over 60s getting together for our annual walking/ sightseeing holiday. We all commented on what a beautiful place to stay, it had absolutely everything we needed, probably the best venue so far. Great place for a family holiday. Quiet and off the beaten track, although close enough to some very nice, and generally undiscovered, beaches. At the same time close enough to the bigger attractions. The garden is lovely for kids to play and for outside eating. We don't have dogs, but woudn't reccommend for dogs because the garden is open at the fRead moreront and there is a field of sheep next to the garden. Beautiful property in lovely location. Big garden and kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, lots of crockery, cutlery etc which is ideal for a big group. The local pub is a short walk away and the village is ideally placed for exploring the Jurassic coast.

Spacious property and garden. Good base for walking the local area. Easy access to main route for visiting elsewhere by car. Sufficient space for our German Shepherd in the permitted areas.. Superb house with wonderful bedrooms bathrooms and kitchen diner. Litton Cheney is a lovely village with thatched cottages and a lovely church. The pub is a friendly village pub with basic food. There isnt a shop so come prepared.

This house is a real treasure. We had a fabulous long weekend here. All the rooms are fabulous and nice and cosy for the chilly March evenings. A large and beautiful country home with a stunning garden in a picturesque and very oeaceful village. We think it is our 8th visit and hope to be back again soon. Beautiful comfortable house, well equipped with all you need, the Christmas tree was a nice touch. Well located for days out to visit sea and countryside. The 6 pm arrival time cuts particularly into a short break. Overall highly recommended.

Beautiful cottage in an excellent location. Fantastic for a large family party. Well equipped, spotlessly clean. The downstairs bedroom & bathroom were perfect for my elderly mother. We had a great stay (it was our second visit) although rather expensive for three nights, especially as we were not allowed to arrive before 6pm.

If you have a disabled person who is part of your party, you should be aware that the bathroom in the downstairs bedroom is very challenging as there are no supports around the toilet. All rooms were dirty with dusty and dirty headboards and curtains, skirting boards, a rusty and very noisy fridge which struggles to produce ice anyone would want to use, damaged kitchen floor tiles that need replacing, a very fusty smelling lounge and snug, ripped sofa seat cover, dirty windows, and the whole house iRead mores generally dusty and dirty. This is a beautiful house in a lovely location. The bedrooms are excellent with no compromises. The local pub is good for pub food and has great draught beer. We had a great week with family in this spacious, well equipped house and garden. Quiet location within easy reach of lovely coastal areas. A few areas of house need a bit of maintenance. A shame there was no guest feedback/ information book.
