Probably the most comfortable and well equipped cottage I've ever stayed in. It was ideally suited for a family group over Christmas - extremely spacious, beautifully decorated, cosy and comfortable. The location worked very well for us - hidden away so that you feel very much in the countryside, but within easy reach of shops and travel routes. KiRead moretchen was well equipped and enabled us to do lots of stress-free cooking. The owners were very helpful. Hide

This is a beautiful property. It is very well presented and kitchen is fully equipped. Our only issue, which we raised with the owner, is the temperamental internet connection. This prevented us from accessing tv channels which was disappointing for my 80 year old mum who was staying with us. The owner was apologetic and said it is to do with the lRead moreocation of the property and the thick walls...they were using a cheap internet provider so with a suitable upgrade this could be remedied. Mill Race is a fantastic holiday home. So cosy and beautifully furnished, it provided me and my family with a wonderful home-from-home.
