Lovely place, a great pub opposite so friendly & does an amazing roast. The property itself is roomy and nice, just needs a little TLC in some areas, The Hot tub is lovely, entrance hall is great for dogs & boots and very spacious. Bring extra tea towels!

Located down many narrow lanes you'll find your way to a tiny village with primary school, pub (excellent and dog friendly, food and hospitality top draw) and local butcher for BBQ meat and friendly service. Lovely bungalow situated in a quiet village. Good quality linen and plenty of towels (plus additional ones for the hot tub). Only problem was 4 of us sharing one bathroom, an additional cloakroom would have made life easier Fairly isolated (pub directly opposite was great though!) and there is a butchers in the village but nothing else.

Cottage was wonderful, very spacious and perfect for us 8 adults and 2 dogs. Furniture is lovely, had a few marks but we didnt mind that due to us having the dogs with us. Beds all comfortable. Wonderful welcome to the house, really appreciated the gifts :-) Lovely that there weren't 'don't do this and don't do that' instructions but plenty of 'please use this and please help yourself'.. We loved our stay here and we had a relaxing fun-filled long weekend. The kitchen was well equipped with pretty much anything you would need. Loved it here . All facilities were really good , could do with a clothes drier though . Property decor is not pristine , but with 8 of us and 2 dogs I was able to relax. The bungalow has a real home from home feeling and we had an exceptional week and lovely Christmas

We had a lovely time its a great location for visiting dog friendly beaches. The house is very well equipped for self catering the hot tub is very nice. Sadly the gardens are not kept very tidy lots of weeds and the grass was very long when we stayed. The beds are very comfortable and it is a very warm and cosy house considering the size of it.

We had a great stay despite poor weather. Generally excellent facilities and fabulous to have the hot tub and games room as well as the BBQ hut. We had a perfect stay at Roscarna Parkham despite the weather (quite a lot of rain ) we all had a great time. A lovely welcome hamper such an unexpected nice touch. It is located in a lovely little village but close to lots of attractions we visited The Big Sheep, Clovely ,Instow ,Bideford, Tarka Trail, Woolacombe. Beautiful cottage, had a great time stopping here. Would highly reccomend one pitfall is the roads they are shocking, single track with few passing places and shocking potholes.

We had a lovely stay at Rosecana, the owners have obviously taken alot of thought to ensure a comfortable stay. Accommodation was very clean well equipt , we were able to enjoy all the facilities , would definately like to return som day.

Had a great week. Nice walks in country side and on beaches with the dogs. Accommodation was great we used all the facilities. Hot tub, Hobbit House and games room. The log fire gave it a warm cosy feeling. Pub opposite locals very friendly. All in all a great week for eight of us and three dogs.

We stayed for a family birthday. We all had great fun and enjoyed the quality time. There was enough space and the woo burner made the house very cosy. A wonderful spacious house with some outstanding features, beautifully clean, welcome hamper, tea making items, dishwasher tablets, bin bags all very much appreciated.
