Set in a quiet close, the modern property has four bedrooms and benefits from a mature garden with leafy views. Pack a beach bag and picnic and stroll down to Seagrove or Priory Bay to swim, play on the sands and even take part in water sports. Return home to spread out and enjoy the space inside the property or to unwind in the tranquil garden over a much-deserved glass of wine.

 

Enter the welcoming house via a reception hall leading to the lounge. Recline on the comfortable seating, watch TV, play a DVD or listen to music on the hifi system or radio. Amble through into the conservatory to enjoy the light space and a quiet read. Find a table in here too where your party can sit down together. Open the doors to bring the outside in or make your way into the kitchen to start preparing dinner. Find everything you need here to prepare those special meals, as well as a breakfast bar where you can perch with a cup of coffee in the morning. Embark on scenic coastal walks from your holiday home. Stroll to St Helens, about 2 miles away, or Bembridge, 3.5 miles away. Go rock pooling on the beaches here and take in the panoramic views. The sheltered cove of Whitecliff Bay is also worth exploring. Browse in the shops in Bembridge and pause for something to eat while you are here. The seaside town of Ryde is about 2.5 miles in the other direction from your holiday home. There is plenty here to keep all members of your party busy, from shops, museums and galleries to the sandy beach, canoeing lake and 19th century pier. Children will also enjoy days out to well-known Isle of Wight family attractions, such as Blackgang Chine, 17 miles away, and the Needles, 24 miles away, with its chair lift above the rocks and coloured sands.

We had a fabulous week, the house is spacious, light and airy, nice little garden, lovely conservatory, nice big very well-equipped kitchen. Good location, not far from many beautiful spots! Highly recommend!

This was our second holiday in Langonnet Cottage and another very pleasant week in this comfortable and well equipped house. The accommodation of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is ideal for our group of 4 ladies. This year we were able to spend more time in the pretty garden and we had several visits from a red squirrel. Lovely and bright,airy ,clean and spacious . very comfortable and plenty of equipment in the kitchen. Very quiet location tucked away in a cul-de-sac . Nice to have 3 shower / bathrooms . Centrally location (almost ! ) for the island it's easy to get all around it in a day.
