This holiday cottage is in a stunning location set high up in Rosedale in the North York Moors National Park. The views from the property are fabulous and you can enjoy them from the comfort of your hot tub.
You are surrounded on all sides by the North York Moors, a landscape of gentle rolling hills of heather, ancient woodland and lazy rivers winding through lush green valleys. If you're a keen walker or cyclist, you're in heaven here as it offers some of the most picturesque walking trails and cycling routes across the whole of the UK. The view from on top of Blakey Ridge, just 3 miles’ drive, is in our opinion the finest across the whole of the North York Moors.
Nearby, less than 2 miles away, you'll find the picturesque village of Rosedale Abbey. It features a very sweet village green and several cafes and pubs. Rosedale Abbey is also famously at the centre of five converging lanes taking you off in different directions across the moors.
There are a host of other very pretty villages and towns close by including the picture-postcard Hutton-le-Hole (6 miles) and the vibrant market town of Helmsley (15 miles) with its spa, independent shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.
