Make yourself at home in this unique detached property, formerly an army cinema. Set at the heart of the charming and sleepy Kent village of Runkinge, you'll feel miles away from the hustle of everyday life here, making it a fantastic bolthole to get away with friends or family. Sleeping nine across four cosy bedrooms, there is room for everyone to relax and unwind, with coast and country waiting to be explored close by.

Step through the original church doors and into a breathtaking open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, where vaulted ceilings help provide a feeling of grandness. Quirky touches throughout the property offer a vintage vibe, adding to its unique appeal. Designed with a contemporary, industrial style, it makes a great entertaining space; chat over a glass of wine at the breakfast bar before sitting down for a delicious home-cooked group meal at the large rustic dining table, which has chairs to seat ten. After dinner, curl up and unwind in the comfortable lounge area in front of the TV or in a cosy corner beside the wood burner. Soak up the late afternoon and evening sun in the patio area, a beautiful suntrap for summer garden parties with a charcoal BBQ and pizza oven. Enjoy a restful night's sleep in one of the three ground floor bedrooms, or in the large mezzanine family suite above the living area. Private parking is available for two cars and there is ample roadside parking.
