With its own private mooring, you are welcome to bring along a non-motorised boat to take out on the shared lake, or simply sit back and relax on the rear terrace and take in the lakeside view. With room for eight guests spread across four bedrooms, and a large open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, there is more than enough space for everyone to enjoy this property whatever the occasion may be.

Oozing sophistication, this room is the hub of the house, making it the perfect space for socialising as a group whilst cooking up a delicious meal. Amazing location, lots to do in the area. Great accommodation for a group get together. Housekeeper Jayne on hand for questions. A few little snags with the house but nothing that spoilt our enjoyment!

Fabulous, comfortable property, very spacious, beautiful view of the lake. Well stocked kitchen. My son and his wife brought our 3 month grandson and we had a fabulous time. We enjoyed the tennis court and kayaking. Short drive to Cirencester and lots to do and see including a wonderful Roman villa.

We had a great time! Beautiful location- Property was clean and well equipped kitchen apart from no cheese grater. Jayne was easy to contact and responsive. Jetty in much need of TLC and fixing - which we used at our own risk. Decking needs treatment. Bbq - you will need to bring disposables.

Our family of eight had an amazing holiday in the Summer Lake house. The open plan downstairs with the outside decking was ample room for all of us. Will definitely spend another holiday there.

This is a lovely big house with views overlooking the lake. Beautiful open plan downstairs with nicely decorated bedrooms and modern bathrooms. Very well placed for touring the Cotswolds.

Lovely house facing the lake . Close to rental facilities of cycles and boating . Short walk to local village and eating facilities just down the road . House is well stocked with all you need for a stay there and there are pleasant walks around the lake . Really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful property. Fully equipped, including BBQ. Nearest outdoor sports centre is just over the main road - so handy. Tons of light in the property and very comfortable. Big kitchen, huge dining/living area. Tennis court in good condition just a short walk up the road. Highly recommended.

This is a lovely house, very well equipped, which suited our multi age family group. Its in an area with masses to do.
