This is a truly wonderful place to stay due its immaculate presentation and cleanliness, combined with thoughtful finishing touches from Sam and Anna, which go a long way to making this a special holiday. Perfect for a long weekend with the family. We were celebrating a very special birthday and staying here was the icing on the cake! Three generations and a dog enjoyed the wonderful accommodation, village and area. Been booking holiday rentals in the UK for over 30+ years. Broadsands Barn has definitely been the best!

Lovely spacious barn for family gathering with 2 dogs - good secure garden. Wonderful views. Property was clean and warm. Weather good for time of year and we were able to get out and about exploring the North Devon coastline. Hope to return.

Lovely property with fantastic views. Three children and two dogs who all enjoyed the enclosed garden. The hosts were helpful and responded quickly to any queries. Would recommend with no hesitation.

Beautiful location with great views of the surrounding area. The barn was modern and immaculate with all the amenities for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Lovely welcome pack upon arrival which included things for our four legged friends.

Our family of 3 generations and 3 dogs had a wonderful stay at this stunning barn . We had absolutely everything we could have needed in the house which was spotlessly clean and so comfortable. The Barn is absolutely beautiful, the best holiday cottage We have ever stayed in and dont think we will ever beat it. The view in itself is superb. Everything has been thought of and all is good quality. We were 3 generations with 3 children aged 8&9 boys and a girl, and our best trip out was to Diggerland, further away but a great day. Cottage location and views are to die for.. local walks, pub and village shop most welcoming. Friendly village and a dog off lead enclosure. Family of 8 and 3 dogs enjoyed our time of bonding in the open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area. Hosts always on hand whenever needed. Thank you Sam in particular.

The light and warmth of the barn made up for the weather , the superb surrounding countryside and sea views ever changing made it as magical as our first visit in June this year. This barn conversion has provided a large, beautifully presented and comfortable cottage. The facilities and equipment are all of high quality. The views over the valley out of the floor to ceiling windows are spectacular. The location was ideal for our walks along the extensive (and often challenging!) coastline. It would be hard to beat.

This place is truly stunning. It's located in one of the most jaw-droppingly beautiful areas of the UK I've ever seen. The pictures simply do not do this place justice. It has to be seen first hand. Broadsands Barn is a complete oasis, hidden away in a pretty village and with a backdrop to sustain the soul! During our stay it rained every day but we loved watching the storms passing through the valley before heading out to sea. Its so luxurious and comfortable you do not want for anything.
