Set within half an acre of grounds, this delightful property enjoys incredible views. With country style extending a warm welcome, the feature fireplaces, exposed stone walls and wooden stable doors and floors create a charmingly authentic atmosphere. Boasting two lounges, there is ample room to host large parties together comfortably, with space for everyone to find a little seclusion when required. Whip up delicious meals in the kitchen and come together to dine as a group at the large dining table, before retiring to relax with a film in front of the coal burner-effect oil fire, or indeed tackling a game of pool in the games room. Should young and old require a break from each other, make use of the second lounge, ideal for settling down for a board game or book in front of the open fire. The four bedrooms are located on the first floor and consist of one king-size, one double and two twin rooms, suitable for a variety of party make-ups. With two en-suites, a separate family shower room, and a WC on the ground floor, careful consideration has been given to the social and practical requirements of those on group holidays. Outside, the enclosed walled garden with paved patio, table, and chairs is perfect for al fresco dining with wonderful mountain views. Within the half acre surroundings, explore the naturalised areas, fire pit and gate down to the path to the Mawddach Estuary and beyond. There is private off-road parking for four cars.

The cottage is in a lovely location, peaceful and calm. Lovely long walks plus a good base for travelling to explore the area. No local shops though so take provisions. Everything you may need is provided and generally very clean

Large comfortable old farmhouse set in a lovely position. Views stunning, short walk to small beach on estuary. Many longer walks . Two log burners keep the house warm . Kitchen well equipped . We had plenty of room for 6 adults, a toddler, a baby and a dog ! Internet speed poor , not a problem as long as you are aware of it .
