Situated on a farm, this four-bedroom rural property sleeps eight guests and can accommodate two dogs, too. The stylish house has been designed and furnished for big groups and features its very own games room complete with pool table, a darts board and a games console, so there is plenty to keep both children, and the big kids, busy. Though within easy reach of some of North Wales’ attractions, the rural and secluded location of the property means you won’t be disturbing, or be disturbed by, others. If you want to get stuck into an activity, head 5 miles south to Llyn Brenig where there are plenty of water sports activities to participate in, and a café for those who would rather keep dry.

Take in the stunning views of the rolling Denbigh Valley countryside from this spacious and bright dormer bungalow. The comfortable lounge has plenty of sofa space and a wood burner, so the whole group can enjoy a film or a board game on a chilly evening. Through to the kitchen/diner, there are lots of cupboards and surface space, as well as a large dining table that seats eight. All the amenities you need to rustle up a meal and eat together are provided, and the handy dishwasher makes clearing up afterwards that little bit easier. There is also a utility room with washing machine and downstairs WC for added convenience. Three bedrooms and a family bathroom are downstairs, while the dormer contains one bedroom, a dressing area and an en-suite, with room for a cot. The outside of the property is a real winner, with the games room in the garage and heaps of space for everyone to enjoy playing on the lawn. A large table and chairs along with BBQ are situated on the patio with glorious views towards the countryside and farm animals, making al fresco dining that little bit more special.

What a super house - outstanding views. We had a fab week and accessibility was great for the elder members of our party. The cottage owner was very helpful. Denbigh was quite a lovely surprise - go to the 1950s museum.

The cottage is in the most beautiful location. It was clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities. We went for a relaxing break and it was exactly that. Great cottage located in a peaceful part of North Wales. The cottage was welcoming and exactly what we needed for our break. With picturesque views it's a perfect place to relax. Most importantly, our dogs loved the outside space and making friends with the sheep.
